Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Supervise and manage overnight loss prevention operations to ensure the safety and security of the premises, employees, and assets. * Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches. * Lead and train overnight security personnel, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and adherence to Bluejack policies. * Serve as the lead on-site representative during overnight hours, managing emergency situations, including member disturbances. * Investigate incidents and suspicious activities, documenting findings and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary. * Ensure compliance with all Bluejack loss prevention procedures and safety regulations during overnight hours. * Prepare detailed reports on overnight activities, incidents, and investigations for management review. * Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and improve overall loss prevention strategies. * Take messages and relay important information to appropriate personnel * Explain and clarify rules and procedures to residents, guests, and staff as needed * Collaborate with management and emergency services when incidents require escalation * Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall safety and satisfaction of the community * Additional duties as requested by Bluejack leadership. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Proven experience as an Overnight Security Supervisor or similar role in loss prevention. * Strong knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and incident investigation. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts. * Strong communication and reporting skills. * High level of integrity and attention to detail. * Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.   EDUCATION: High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience. APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Overnight shifts; Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements. Must hold an active Texas Level II Security Guard License. Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
