The Opportunity Leaves Personal Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Overnight Caregiver to join our team for weekend coverage. This role is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Our caregivers serve as a steady, reassuring presence for clients and their families during the overnight hours. This position is ideal for someone who is attentive, calm, and committed to preserving dignity and safety in the home. Requirements Responsibilities Provide attentive overnight supervision and support Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, repositioning) Support mobility and transfers as needed Medication reminders (as permitted) Light housekeeping related to client care Document care and communicate updates to the office Maintain a peaceful, safe environment throughout the night Qualifications Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar) Reliable and punctual with strong attendance Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the shift Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check What We Offer Supportive team environment Meaningful, one-on-one client relationships Opportunity to serve families in a way that truly matters
