Job Description We’re recruiting for a Overseas Payroll Specialist to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. Join our Retail Operations team as an Overseas Payroll Specialist and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payments to our customers across multiple jurisdictions. What you'll be doing: Processing non-UK payroll accurately and confidentially, applying jurisdictional tax and PAYE rules Validating payroll data and escalating anomalies to ensure timely resolution Reporting real-time payroll information and maintaining compliance with HMRC requirements Supporting system changes and user testing to safeguard accurate payments Responding to internal and external audit queries professionally and promptly Mentoring and coaching team members to share knowledge and improve skills Recording workflow activities and performing quality checks to maintain standards Embedding Conduct Risk principles to deliver good customer outcomes Qualifications Who we're looking for: Strong knowledge of payroll processing and reconciliations Awareness of UK and non-UK payroll regulations and tax requirements Understanding of pension products and related payment services Proven experience in administrative processing within a busy environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective planning and organisational abilities Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
