About the roleAt Strategic Insurance Services, a part of SRG - you’ll be responsible for auditing and monitoring distributors, selling agents and third-party claims providers, helping to maintain strong governance, compliance and risk controls across delegated and outsourced insurance activities.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in insurance operations, claims, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, governance or oversight who is looking to further develop their skills within a risk and controls environment.

• What you’ll be doingConducting risk-based desktop and onsite audits of distributors, selling agents and third-party partners.
• Reviewing governance arrangements, operational controls and oversight frameworks.
• Auditing third-party claims handling processes, customer communications and quality controls.
• Delivering compliance monitoring reviews across sales activity, customer journeys and claims practices.
• Identifying risks, documenting findings and tracking remediation activity.
• Producing audit reports, management information and governance reporting.
• Reviewing processes, procedures and customer outcomes to identify areas for improvement and mitigate potential risks.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure actions are completed and good customer outcomes are achieved.
