Description

We are looking for a candidate to join the Trusts team. The role includes overseeing the activities of mutual funds, developing and implementing processes to improve control performance, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Responsibilities: • Monitoring the activities of mutual funds in accordance with various restrictions (fund investment policies, various regulatory limits) • Creating and maintaining high-quality client relationships • Meeting periodic quality and performance targets • Working with representatives of fund managers Conditions: • Full-time position, 5 days a week (alternating Fridays), hybrid • Competitive salary and benefits Requirements Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management) • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team • Time management, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills; ability to raise a "red flag" when necessary • Good knowledge of Excel • Previous experience in any financial field Advantages: • Previous experience in mutual funds – an advantage Description Hebrew אנו מחפשים מועמד/ת להשתלב בצוות הנאמנויות. התפקיד כולל בקרה על פעילות קרנות נאמנות, פיתוח והטמעת תהליכים לשיפור ביצועי בקרות ושמירה על קשרי לקוחות מצוינים. תחומי אחריות: •ביצוע בקרה על פעילות קרנות נאמנות בכפוף למגבלות שונות (מדיניות השקעות של קרנות, מגבלות רגולטוריות שונות) • יצירה ושימור קשרי לקוחות איכותיים • עמידה ביעדי איכות וביצועים תקופתיים • עבודה מול נציגי מנהלי קרנות תנאים: • משרה מלאה, 5 ימים בשבוע (לסירוגין בימי שישי), היברידית • שכר הולם ותנאים נלווים Requirements Hebrew דרישות: • תואר ראשון (כלכלה, מנהל עסקים, תעשיה וניהול) • כישורי תקשורת מצוינים ויכולת עבודה בצוות • יכולת ניהול זמן, תיעדוף משימות ומיומנויות פתרון בעיות, הרמת "דגל אדום" במקרי הצורך • היכרות טובה עם Excel • ניסיון קודם בתחום פיננסי כלשהו יתרונות: • ניסיון קודם בתחום קרנות הנאמנות – יתרון
