KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (supply chain management, strategic sourcing, business) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles, with demonstrated responsibility for managing supplier relationships.
  • Experience in tender processes, supplier negotiations, and cost management.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems (ERP or other sourcing platforms) and familiarity with lean sourcing practices.
  • Proven project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and ensuring timely execution.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly product development, supply chain, or quality control
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Excel and procurement management systems, with strong analytical skills to support cost analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned to category and business goals
  • Lead or contribute to tender (RFI/RFQ) processes and supplier negotiations
  • Analyse cost models and support total cost of ownership evaluations
  • Manage supplier onboarding, relationships, and compliance processes
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and support performance improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Supply Chain and Quality teams on project execution
  • Maintain accurate sourcing data and generate reports to support decision-making
  • Proactively identify supply risks and propose mitigation strategies
