About the Role: This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of working in cross-functional environments to design, implement, and scale initiatives that enhance fleet efficiency, driver quality, and overall brand reliability. Job Code: New 2026OPER-670 \n Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, and operational. Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance for diesel and gasoline vehicles. Coordinate with workshops and vendors for repairs, inspections, and servicing. Track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance records and report deviations. Coordinate driver schedules and follow up on adherence to company policies and road safety regulations. Support handling of emergency situations such as breakdowns or accidents and escalate when needed. Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures. Assist in incident and accident reporting and follow up on corrective actions. Support cost control activities and maintain accurate fleet documentation and reports. Requirements : Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fleet coordination, fleet operations, or a similar role. Basic to good technical knowledge of diesel and gasoline vehicle maintenance. Experience in coordinating drivers, including scheduling, follow-up, and performance tracking. Ability to work under pressure and support the handling of emergency situations effectively. Good communication and coordination skills with drivers, workshops, and internal teams. Basic computer skills, including fleet management systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools. Valid driver’s license is an advantage. Logistics or transportation background is preferred. Working Conditions: May require on-call availability for emergencies.
