OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner to lead our Electrical business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aspects of Electrical Engineering as a Master Electrician Bonded and able pull permits while managing journeymen and apprentice level electricians plus have management and hands-on experience in the field for this. This role requires a visionary leader who can oversee projects from conception to completion approving or denying projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety and code compliant standards. The Owner will be responsible for managing operations, fostering client relationships, and guiding a skilled team and creating pay scales while hiring and firing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in Electrical Engineering and management with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
• Proficiency in Electrical estimating and inspection processes.
• Hands-on experience with electrical work and directing a team.
• Familiarity with most electrical equipment needed to complete specialty work.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
• Experience with payment processing and mathematics percentages and calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in St. Louis, MO 6310

• Oversee all aspects of estimate projects, including pricing, code standards, and adherence to company procedures.
• Manage code revisions knowledge for team members, supervise scheduling , and team member assignment to effectively to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections when needed to ensure compliance with safety regulations quality and code standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project needs for Techs in the field.
• Utilize applications used for business flows for project documentation and communication.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members in the trade of electrical work.
• Review blueprints when needed and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of designs during rewires or construction wirings.
• Engage in customer satisfaction when direction customer relations is needed for you.
• Ensure proper use of hand tools and power tools given to techs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates for permits and inspections..
