Qualifications General Sales Manager Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales management experience (GSM, New/Used Car Manager, or Desk Manager level). Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and profitability objectives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Deep understanding of dealership operations, inventory management, and manufacturer programs. Proficiency with CRM platforms, DMS systems, and digital retailing tools. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high CSI scores. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
