REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes and hospitality standards.
  • Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on inventory control and cost management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, customers, and suppliers..

  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment.
  • Create promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
