POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Digital Product Owner – Omnichannel Data will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration between business and technology. This role requires a strategic mindset to define and prioritize product roadmaps while ensuring continuous value delivery through data capabilities, analytics, and compliance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Industry Expertise: Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with omnichannel data, data warehousing, and commercial analytics.
  • Product Ownership Experience: 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, data-centric software products.
  • Data Management Tools: Preferred knowledge of Snowflake, ETL/ELT processes, and commercial data best practices.
  • Business & Technical Acumen: Ability to bridge the gap between data technology and business strategy.
  • Problem-Solving & Prioritization: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Creative thinker who challenges existing processes to deliver the best possible solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Product Ownership: Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for omnichannel data products, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • User-Centric Development: Act as the internal voice of the user, ensuring seamless user experiences and prioritizing features that maximize business impact.
  • Agile Execution: Work closely with Scrum Masters, data analysts, and engineers to drive efficient product development and maintain team alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge business and technology teams to create scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Data Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and cybersecurity requirements, including Data Privacy, GxP, and SOX compliance.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define product KPIs, monitor performance indicators, and refine strategies based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates to leadership and executives on product development progress, challenges, and strategic decisions.
  • Operational Readiness: Develop launch plans and ensure cross-functional teams are prepared for product deployment.
