Job Description How does it feel to be the smartest person in the room? You are the subject matter expert and leave no stone unturned. Planning vacations isn’t easy, and people run into problems. That’s where you come in! Duties: Responsible for incoming and outgoing phone calls. Educate owners on timeshare usage rights and status of their accounts. Reserving owner usage right for all Westgate Resorts. Processing Owner external exchange requests. Educate on benefits and sell Vacation Guard Travel Protection. Book, cancel and modify owner reservations. To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Follow instructions without close supervision. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
