Description Position: Owner Services Agent Department: Owner Services Reports to: Owner Services Manager The primary role of the Owner Services Agent is to develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned homeowners. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with assigned homeowners Responsible for all homeowner communication for assigned portfolio Responsible to approve and close out work orders on a timely basis Understand financial goals of homeowners; generate revenue reports to homeowners on an as-needed basis Appropriately escalate any conflicts that may arise with homeowners Work with Property Management department to ensure upkeep of assigned portfolio and assign property tasks to Property Management team Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Vacation rental experience or relevant experience required Software experience preferred: Hubspot, Breezeway, Microsoft Office, Escapia, KeyData, and Trello 4-year degree preferred, but not required Strong communication, time management and organizational skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail and decision-making skills
Responsibilities
