As an Owner Services Agent you will be answering incoming calls in a positive manner while assisting our callers in booking their reservations, collecting payments, or answering questions about their ownership. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customer service in a positive manner at various levels to assist and secure vacation travel plans for our guests and owners. Work with internal and external departments to assist in customer concerns. During your downtime, you will train with other departments to become well rounded and qualified for future growth Professionally and calmly deescalate potentially aggravated inquiries Maintain knowledge of 12 properties Contracts, Policies, Amenities, Location, and Exchanges Maintain or exceed the required performance level, as outlined by Management.
