Description Buck & Rider is hiring for our Raw Bar team, specifically an Oyster Chef! A unique job here in Arizona, our Raw Bar team is ever growing. Our Chefs provide dependable, fast service to the team and guests and present oysters and other raw bar items with a touch of sophistication. We are looking for an experienced and refined Oyster Chef to join our culinary team. Day in the Life: Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests Shucking oysters at a steady pace with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality presentation for our guests. Curate and craft dishes that reflect the restaurant’s elegant, contemporary style. Foster a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere through impeccable service and culinary expertise.
