Our Chefs provide dependable, fast service to the team and guests and present oysters and other raw bar items with a touch of sophistication. We are looking for an experienced and refined Oyster Chef to join our culinary team. Day in the Life: Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests Shucking oysters at a steady pace with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality presentation for our guests. Curate and craft dishes that reflect the restaurant’s elegant, contemporary style. Foster a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere through impeccable service and culinary expertise.
