Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, organize, and lead activities that allow students to develop their inner life and social awareness, to participate in the improvement of their environment and of society, and to establish connections between their personal lives, values, aspirations, and community involvement.
  • Individually or collectively support students who need to explore particular questions in greater depth or address difficulties encountered in their personal, social, or community involvement.
  • Raise awareness among all school partners of their responsibility to facilitate the student’s personal, social, and community development.
  • Inform and advise school administration on the reality and needs of students in relation to their personal, social, and community lives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other stakeholders in the school environment, and support them by proposing activities that meet their needs for information or training regarding inner life and community engagement.
  • Participate in the design and dissemination of information to parents and community organizations about the various aspects of the personal development and community engagement animation service, and, where appropriate, collaborate with them to promote the development of students in their personal lives, social lives, and community involvement.
