PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE FP&A ANALYST:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant FP&A experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP’s, advanced formulas, and financial modeling).
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Lead and support financial planning and analysis efforts across the company.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business planning and performance tracking.
• Prepare insightful reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Manage the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO on strategic and ad hoc financial projects
