The role: The People and Culture Business Partner plays a pivotal role in partnering with leaders across the organization to shape and execute people strategies that align with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role provides expert guidance on both strategic initiatives and day to day people matters. It also plays a key role in delivering People & Culture programs and policies, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience that fosters innovation, collaboration, and high performance. What you'll do: Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and set the people agenda that supports business growth. Leverage people data and analytics to inform strategic people decisions. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of people from attracting, hiring, growing, managing to off-boarding. Champion cultural alignment, helping leaders embed values, create inclusive environments, and support employee wellbeing and recognition. Partner with business leaders to provide timely, pragmatic advice on employee relations issues, including conduct, conflict resolution, absence management, and grievances, ensuring alignment with policy and legislation. Help to implement people and culture initiatives such as engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, onboarding improvements, and leadership development offerings, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of each business unit. About you: Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in ambiguity – building the plane while flying it. A roll your sleeves up attitude to work in a lean team without lots of supporting technology infrastructure. Strong influencing and negotiation skills and stakeholder engagement skills. Strengths in working as a member of a collaborative team, but comfortable in being self directed and able to work autonomously as needed. Great attention to detail. What we need from you: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role. Strong strategic and operational HR expertise. Proven knowledge of employment law and compliance.
