WHO ARE YOU?

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable P&C Operations Partner who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with challenging and interesting tasks. You are an excellent communicator with strong experience in working with union agreements in Denmark and relationships with stakeholders.

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner in a Danish or global company
• Solid understanding of Danish Employment Law
• Experience working with unions (e.g. Dansk Industri)
• Ability to work independently and organize your tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Knowledge of Payroll is an advantage
