Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will ensure smooth and effective delivery of the P&C strategy across employee lifecycle management, onboarding, performance, culture, and policies and procedures. This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) based in our Melbourne office. We are flexible on how these hours are structured whether across 4 full days or shorter days across 5 days and are open to discussing an arrangement that works for both you and the business. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, understanding how different teams operate, and building strong relationships across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with our wider P&C team, working alongside the Head of People & Culture, a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Sydney, and a P&C Business Partner in Hyderabad to support our people and culture initiatives. Key Responsibilities: You’ll build strong relationships across the business, understanding how each team operates, helping people thrive, and coaching managers through performance conversations and employee matters. Provide trusted P&C advisory support to managers Track and report on P&C metrics, providing insights to the leadership team Ensure adherence to company policies, Australian legislation and WHS regulations Manage ER matters including conflict resolution, performance management and disciplinary action in line with company policy and legislation (with guidance from external ER advisors as required) Promote a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace culture Analyse people data to identify business trends and emerging issues, providing recommendations for action Maintain ownership and optimise our systems ( Rippling & Culture Amp) , processes, and administrative tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Manage probation, performance review and annual salary review cycles About You: You’re an experienced P&C professional who genuinely loves working with people and being part of the day-to-day rhythm of the business. You enjoy understanding how teams operate, what motivates individuals, and how to create an environment where people can thrive. You’re approachable naturally building trust and strong relationships across diverse, global teams. You like being across what’s happening in the office, understanding team dynamics, and supporting managers before small issues become bigger ones. 5+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role Strong experience managing performance, development and salary review cycles A structured, process-driven mindset with strong HRIS and systems capability Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or equivalent experience) You’re collaborative, curious and grounded.
