Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

TasWater CDO have a requirement for a P&C Business Partner to join our programs team. This role is responsible for the delivery of operational and tactical HR advice and services. The role works closely with the CDO Management teams to implement effective people management practices, providing positive and proactive advice regarding recruitment and selection, Confidential Position Description 2employee relations and employee development.

WHAT WILL A DAY IN THIS ROLE LOOK LIKE:

  • Contribute to developing and implementing the P&C strategy, in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the delivery of all People and Culture generalist activities over the employee lifecycle including recruitment, on/off boarding, performance management, training and development, renumeration and benefits, employee relation and other value adding projects, ensuring compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate P&C/ER/IR advice to managers and employees on a range of P&C issues including remuneration, retention initiatives, succession planning, conduct and capability matters, grievances, organisation change, and a range of employment and employee relation matters.
  • You will be working across multiple areas of the business
