Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business goals.
  • Assist with administrative support for transformation activity, change management, and organisational design activities.
  • Partner with the P&C team on recruitment, performance, capability, remuneration, training, and development activities.
  • Collaborate with People Services and Group Finance to ensure smooth operations and accurate processing.
  • Maintain employee data integrity and resolve irregularities promptly.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for P&C processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
