- Provide insights into best practices within the insurance domain to ensure compliance and enhance data quality. - Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry that may impact data processing and migration. 2. - Plan, design, and implement comprehensive data migration strategies to facilitate smooth transitions between systems. - Oversee the entire data migration process, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading (ETL / ELT). 3. Collaboration and Communication: - Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of migration objectives with business goals. - Prepare and present progress reports and analytical findings to management and cross-functional teams. 4.
