Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and attend job fairs
  • Coordinate various annual celebrations
  • Provide people and cultural consulting and partnering to the Operations & Sales leaders - here under among others the collective agreement area
  • Responsible for rollout of people programs to maximize engagement ie our Pulse engagement survey twice a yea
