The Position Verrai inserito all’interno della struttura People&Culture di Roche Diagnostics e in affiancamento al tutor ed ai colleghi della funzione avrai l'opportunità di supportare le attività sotto elencate per le due divisioni di Roche in Italia; nello specifico ti occuperai di: - Supportare l’organizzazione nella pianificazione ed erogazione della formazione aziendale - Supportare la funzione nella costruzione di una Training Matrix - Supportare la funzione nella gestione e monitoraggio dei piani di formazione finanziata - Supportare la funzione nella gestione e nel monitoraggio delle attività formative presenti all’interno della piattaforma e–learning globale - Supportare la realizzazione di progettualità globali Si offre uno stage di sei mesi retribuito. Responsibilities

The trainee will support the organization in planning and delivering corporate training, managing training matrices, and monitoring funded training plans. Additionally, the role involves assisting with global training projects and managing activities on the global e-learning platform.
