If you’re passionate about operational HR, have solid knowledge of Polish labor law with the willingness to learn this area for other European countries, and you are a self-starter who wants to utilize own experience in a fast-paced environment - we want to hear from you!
P&C Operations Specialist delivers professional efficient and seamless HR Support and transactional services to the organization. Also cooperates closely with Internal stakeholders: Strategic Business Partners, People Partners, HRIS, POPs organization in Europe Continental and employees, and externally with vendors and consultants. Area of responsibility is Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Employee data
  • Responsible for payroll and coordinating with external provider
  • Maintain, monitor and report attendance
  • Work with P&C Business Partners in transactions procedures on Workday
  • Give expert advice on day to day operations on all support activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Close collaboration with peers in People Operations continuously improve HR processing activities to ensure services are effectively delivered
  • Be a HR point of contact for employee HR related questions, providing accurate information and guidance based on their needs e.g. Workday support
  • Process transactional people services such as maintaining employee and position data from hire, change to terminations, Time and absence registration and ensure data accuracy and integrity in workday and other relevant P&C solutions
  • Develop and maintain HR knowledgebase and relevant local regulations and company principles, processes, tools and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Be the main point of contact for all employees collecting all relevant HR documentation and ensuring documents are files in personal files and with the external payroll company as required

Qualifications and competences

  • Higher Education
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operational functions incl. payroll
  • Local labor law knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Payroll Processes and Polish Tax
  • Good understanding of HR policies, procedures and processes and its impact on the business
  • Experience with Workday would be an asset
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Polish and English
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize a busy workload.
  • True team player with a positive mindset
  • Mature and able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work independently
