We’re looking for a passionate People & Culture Business Partner to join AB Mauri’s Global Technology Centre in North Ryde, Sydney. This part-time role (22.8 hours per week) offers flexibility in how your hours are worked, making it ideal for professionals seeking balance and impact. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support and help shape a high-performing, values-driven culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leaders to drive talent acquisition and engagement
  • Drive capability initiatives and develop long-term talent strategies
  • Providing hands-on support across ER/IR, coaching, conflict resolution, and change management
  • Supporting compensation processes (AU)
  • Advising on and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Championing employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives
  • Leading people-related projects with effective change strategies

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused professional with strong HR generalist experience and a passion for delivering results. You’ll bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the business. With a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with confidence.
