GENERAL FUNCTION / SUMMARY The P&C Commercial Line Sales Agent is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector. This role requires a proactive, goal-driven professional with strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products. The Sales Agent will build and maintain client relationships, provide tailored risk management solutions, and contribute to revenue growth. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively generates new sales leads through referrals, obtains all necessary information to turn leads into prospects and clients. Present proposal to prospect and client, closes sales and completes exposure analysis. Develop accounts and cross-sell products and services within the P&C Department and/or All-in-One Platform. Be proficient in available to carrier rating system were provided for agency use. Maintain the proper documentation for existing and prospective clients. Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines. Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company requests on a timely basis. Attend training sessions and courses to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while maintaining high ethical service practices. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance Bilingual in English and one of the following: Mandarin Chinese or Thai Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite and Agency Management System Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
