About the Role As a P&C Services Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our People & Culture Shared Services operations, helping ensure things run smoothly across the entire employee lifecycle. From onboarding to employment changes and everything in between, your work will make a real difference to our staff experience. Your ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail will help ensure our systems, data, and services are reliable and compliant. What you’ll be doing: * Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes with care, accuracy, and efficiency * Maintaining high-quality workforce data in Oracle HCM * Providing timely, helpful support to staff and leaders in a high-volume environment * Meeting service standards (SLAs and KPIs) while keeping the employee experience front of mind * Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and streamline ways of working   About the Team You’ll join our P&C Operations team within Shared Services, working closely with colleagues across Payroll, Finance, Faculties, IMTS, and business units across the University. We’re a collaborative, supportive team that values getting things right, helping each other out, and continuously improving what we do. Together, we deliver efficient, consistent, and compliant HR services that make a difference across UOW. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working with people. You’ll bring: * Experience handling high-volume, end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions * A solid understanding of enterprise agreements, HR policies, and compliance requirements * Confidence working in fast-paced environments and meeting service targets * Experience using HR systems such as Oracle HCM (or similar) Strong communication and customer service skills, with a collaborative mindset Why Join UOW?
