The Strategy Business Analyst, based in SCOR’s Bucharest office, supports the Paris-based P&C Strategy team in producing, consolidating, and analysing the data required for various strategic workstreams. The role spans all pillars of the team’s mandate—Strategic Planning, Business Development, Strategic External Reporting & Messaging, Client Management and VoC (Voice of Clients), as well as support to the P&C CEO Office— ensuring high-quality data, a clear understanding of SCOR P&C’s key performance indicators (KPIs), and consistent, accurate messaging. Responsibilities

The Strategy Business Analyst supports the P&C Strategy team by producing and analyzing data for strategic workstreams including planning, business development, and client management. The role acts as a trusted advisor to the P&C Management team, providing insights and recommendations on key strategic topics and performance indicators.
