We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused P&C Systems Specialist to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in optimising our HR systems and enhancing the employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining HR systems expertise, data insights, and stakeholder collaboration to make a real difference. You will be the subject matter expert for key HR systems, with primary responsibility for learning, talent and performance technology. This helps to enhance the employee experience, improve workforce data quality, and support smarter decision-making across the organisation. The role: As our P&C Systems Specialist, you will work closely with teams across People & Culture, Payroll, IT, and external partners to ensure our systems are effective, user-friendly, and continuously improving. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules- Learn, Talent & Performance & Goals modules, and other assigned areas. * Coordinating system enhancements, testing activities, quarterly releases, and process improvements. * Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the user experience. * Developing and maintaining system documentation, user guides, and training resources. * Improve workforce data quality, reporting capability, and automation to support better business decisions. * Providing expert advice on HR systems and supporting key People & Culture activities when required. * Working with subject matter experts to build e-learning modules and deploy these through HCM Cloud.    About you: You will bring a blend of expertise in HR systems, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be someone who can confidently work with both technology and people. You'll ideally have: * Experience in HRIS administration, HR operations, learning administration, or a similar role. * Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or another enterprise HRIS platform * Strong skills in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement. * Experience producing reports and analysing workforce data, with advanced Excel skills highly regarded. * Experience with articulate or similar e-module software  * The ability to create clear, practical documentation and training materials. * Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders. * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.   Why Tamaki Health: At Tamaki Health, we are committed to being “better for all”- for our patients, our people, and our communities.
