We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marine, Cargo & logistics team at Marsh Specialty. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic P&I Practice Head to lead our Protection and Indemnity (P&I) insurance brokerage team in the UK. Reporting into the CEO for Marine, Cargo and Logistics UK, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the P&I operations, developing strategic initiatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of marine insurance, strong leadership skills and the ability to foster relationships with clients, prospects and stakeholders.
