We’re looking for a detail‑driven P&L professional to join a Middle Office team in an international banking environment. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy of P&L reporting, bridge Front and Back Office data, and act as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders. What You’ll Do: Reconcile P&L results between Front Office and Back Office systems Investigate discrepancies, deliver clear P&L explanations, and strengthen controls Identify opportunities to enhance processes and reporting quality Respond confidently to stakeholder queries and ad‑hoc requests Qualifications What You Bring: Solid understanding of ALMT and IFRS 9 principles Strong Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
