As a P&O Partner, you will be a key enabler of leadership development and cultural transformation across our Danish organization. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to build leadership capabilities that reflect our values of Explore, Impact, Ownership, and Care — helping shape a culture where people thrive and grow.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, with a strong focus on leadership development and team effectiveness.
  • Designing and facilitating leadership development initiatives that empower leaders to grow people, drive performance, and lead with compassion.
  • Supporting leaders through change, helping them navigate complexity and lead with clarity and purpose.
  • Driving talent and succession planning processes to ensure a strong and diverse leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborating with global and regional P&O teams to co-create and implement leadership frameworks that reflect our culture commitments.
  • Using data and feedback to continuously improve leadership impact and organizational health.
