If you are a polished, confident server who understands timing, discretion, and the art of hospitality, this role was designed for you. Summary: As a Server at P.S. Speakeasy, you are a key part of the guest experience. You will guide guests through thoughtfully crafted cocktails and menu offerings while maintaining the elevated, immersive ambiance that defines our space. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to read the room—knowing when to engage and when to let the experience speak for itself. What You’ll Do Deliver a seamless, elevated dining and cocktail experience from greeting to farewell Confidently describe menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and cocktail profiles Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages responsibly and efficiently Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive yet unobtrusive service Process checks and payments in accordance with company policies Maintain impeccable table presentation, glassware, linens, and station cleanliness Prepare and break down your station before and after service Uphold a professional, polished demeanor at all times Support the overall guest experience by being knowledgeable about the hotel’s amenities and services Assist with opening, closing, and side work as needed Accurately report tips in compliance with IRS and company guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience serving in an upscale restaurant, cocktail lounge, speakeasy, or fine-dining environment Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting Poise, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or equivalent experience Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications Benefits: Competitive salary Annual review with increase potential 401k program with company match Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available to eligible employees Wellness benefits available to eligible employees A culture that rewards accountability, integrity, and heart-led hospitality Arbor’s Guiding Principles: Arbor Lodging focuses on Five Guiding Principles to foster a culture where growth, development, and progression thrive within the properties: Do the Right Thing - Operate and act with integrity in all you do even when it is not convenient.
