REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Reports Directly to: Assistant Facilities Manager Supervises Directly: N/A Other Important Contacts: All Department Managers and Directors, General Manager, vendors and other casino personnel. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Promotes customer service and casino cleanliness as a priority. Ensures the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the casino by, including but not limited to, cleaning ashtrays, windows, floors, door mats, and walkways, and empties trashcans. Complies with established company and department policies and procedures and applicable Federal, State, and Tribal laws and regulations while practicing positive customer and employee relations. Maintains an awareness of current MSDS and regularly updates changes on all chemicals used in Casino departments. May assist in maintaining and optimizing department equipment and inventories. Reports needed repairs to appropriate supervisor/manager(s). Maintains a professional and neat appearance of work area. Maintains a professional and neat appearance and represent the company in a positive manner. Assists Wardrobe/Receiving with Laundry delivery and delivery of Items delivered through UPS or Fed Ex. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS Required: Obtain and retain Class II gaming License Must be at least 16 years of age. Demonstrated positive customer service skills. Preferred: Previous casino experience. Previous custodial and/or janitorial experience. WORKING CONDITIONS May work in a, noisy, crowed and often smoke filled environment Will be monitored by Surveillance cameras. Work various shifts and days. Work outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Read, write, speak and understand English. Lift 25 lbs Bend, stretch, kneel, etc. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of the gaming Operation. Communication Skills. Problem solving skills. Knowledge of MSDS. Ability to adjust duties accordingly with times of Operation.
