Description

Hemp Well Limited is a rapidly growing SME focused in the CBD health and wellness sector, with a new retail shop at 22 Oxford St, Harrogate. We are looking to recruit a Part-Time retail consultant for the business, that also has a good working knowledge of Social Media/Graphic Design.
To be successful in this role you will love working in a retail environment and must be willing to give the very best customer service experience to our customers. The emphasis will be on service. If you have the personality that our customers will appreciate, and if you enjoy an environment where you can really engage with the customer, then this could be the role for you.
Our customers are typically looking for some guidance on product selection so we will provide product training for you. You might also be asked to answer online customer questions when you are not busy serving customers. You will need to have to have a flexible approach as there will be times when you will be supporting other areas of the company to meet the business needs so a secondary skill such as Social Media/Graphic Design/short movie production is a big advantage. Previous retail experience is NOT essential we have the all the necessary support and training to get you up to speed and delivering excellent service but any experience in thehealth and wellness sector is an advantage.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Delivering a swift and friendly service to every store customer consistently
  • Achieving high standards to meet customers’ expectations
  • Working as part of a team focused on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Cash Handling Till systems/POS
  • Working to store plans and sales points
  • Upkeep of the store and stock room/ Stock rotation
  • Supporting the marketing team diesgn/graphics/video when you are not busy.
  • Contribute to company social media platforms.

This job is part-time and could suit an undergraduate looking for part-time work. We can be flexible with shift schedules to accommodate course work.
