Job Description - P/T sales assistant Hours 16- hours per week
We are looking for a reliable, experienced store sales assistant in our Store at Peak Village DE42JE
The successful applicant will have had previous retail store experience., and must be flexible.

You will have the following skills:-

• Ability to assist in everyday retail operations.
• An effective communicator and strong team player
• If part time you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• A flair for merchandising and a passion for the Weird Fish brand.
• Ability to supervise store in the absence of both the manager and assistant manager.
• Confidence in cash handling procedures

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

• Previously an experienced sales advisor or equivalent in a customer focused retail environment. Clothing retail experience preferred but not essential.
• This also includes being able to work weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Proven sales experience to drive revenue and meet targets
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with merchandising and retail operations
• Administrative experience and phone etiquette skills are beneficial
