Job Description
AS a Senior HR Business Partner you will collaborate with the Head of HR to support Product & Tech Function leaders in developing and executing a people strategy that enhances the effectiveness, performance, and engagement of the function.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will be part of the People Partnering team and will be accountable for delivering people impacting initiatives and organisational change. Focusing on global consistency in deliverables, designing and implementing an optimum organisation with functional specific tailoring – (what you deliver vs how you deliver). If you have a passion for People with a strong HR background then this role could be for you!
