Description

Dynamic Stability Physiotherapy & Pilates (Richmond & Ripponlea) are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our young, vibrant team, in a Physiotherapy & Pilates clinic setting. A motivated, attentive, and committed receptionist to start ASAP. This is a part time position spanning across our Ripponlea and Richmond studio.
You will be relied on to provide superior customer support, servicing patients, responding efficiently to a high intake of calls and emails between the two busy studios.
As this is an interactive role, applicants must have a mature and empathetic approach to patient care with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details, and punctuality. Management experience preferred, but not essential.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Making patient bookings and responding to inquiries
  • Billing and file creation
  • Scheduling follow up appointments and booking procedures
  • Management of all file case and up to date results for patients
  • Personal assistance for the clinical directors as required
  • Assist the reception team with daily front of house and back of house duties

To be successful you must have:

  • Ability to multi-task and cope within a fast paced setting
  • Effective decision making skills
  • Good communication skills, well groomed and well presented
  • A strong team player and willingness to show initiatives
  • Competency in various computer and scheduling programs
  • Experience preferred. However, training and support will be provided.
