P100060 - Occupational Health MA/LPN/ RN / Falcon Health Center / Per Diem

The Occupational Health LPN/MA is responsible for the oversight and management of the administrative and operational activities of the occupational health services in accordance with company policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations

  • Assessment and treatment of injury or acute illness and follow up care, pre-employment physical, surveillance testing and monitoring following the scope of appropriate professional nursing practice.
  • Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner
  • Maintain employee health records.
  • Promote and monitor employee health and safety
  • Develop and review occupational health policies and procedures to create a safer work environment and to assure compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate the workforce about the requirements to minimize work-related hazards, illness, and injury, which will in turn lead to decrease health related costs and employee absenteeism
  • Assist with creating control preventions to decrease actual and potential hazards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Licensed LPN or RN in the state of Ohio
  • Registered or Certified Medical Assistant
