Job Title: P145 Planner
Location: St Athan, South Wales
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: Immediately

Role Conditions

  • Contract Length: On going (opportunity for permanent)
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday (7am – 4.30pm), Friday (7am – 3.30pm)
  • IR35: Outside

About the Role
To administer and manage all aspects of aircraft planning related to Part 145 maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate work scopes for capacity and scope
  • Identify material and tooling requirements from work scopes
  • Create and stage workorders
  • Plan work orders, ensuring on resource availability
  • Co-Chair aircraft pre-input meetings with the Maintenance Manger
  • Manage communications with CAMO`s regarding work packages, workorders and project progress
  • Management of technical records
  • Management of technical publications

    Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years airline or MRO industry experience in maintenance planning (3rd party MRO experience advantageous)

  • In depth knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 legislation
  • Strong MS Excel skillset
  • Experience planning with excel advantageous
  • Fluent in English
