Our current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE Responsibilities Collaborate with partner teams to recruit P2P merchants for the LATAM market and follow up on merchant integration. Maintain trading depth and enhance user experience through incentive mechanisms, events, and other initiatives. Gather and provide feedback on product improvements and requirements from the perspectives of users and merchants. Coordinate and resolve abnormal orders, and address merchant inquiries. Organize and summarize various operational documents, FAQs, and other relevant materials. Track and analyze business segment data, take responsibility for key business metrics, and continuously iterate on related work guided by data insights. Requirements Experience in Fiat/ P2P/ Merchant business development, preferably within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industry. Strong communication and collaboration skills, proactive, and responsible. Sensitivity to data, with strong learning ability. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
