As a PA / Administrative Assistant, you’ll be a trusted support who keeps operations seamless by managing the details to deliver excellent client service while enabling our Directors and Business Advisory team to focus on what they do best. We know flexibility matters, so we’re open to this role being full time or part time to work in with you. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Preparing client correspondence and meeting documents Preparing and maintaining client files Welcome clients and manage incoming calls Responding to and following up on enquiries via email and phone promptly Monitoring and managing the Director’s diary Preparing, collating, and processing new client documentation Drafting proposals and completing billing processes Coordinating meetings, training, and travel arrangements Providing general administrative support About You: Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a similar role is a bonus but not essential Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and shared file management systems Strong technology skills and confidence using systems to improve efficiency Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach Calm, resilient, and adaptable in the face of change Proactive communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills A collaborative attitude that builds trust and strong working relationships What’s on offer?
