We have an exciting opportunity for a new Administrator to join our Corporate Planning Team.
The Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the NHSGGC Planning Team including supporting the administration for the Transforming Together programme and is the administration lead for the department

The role supports administration for:

  • the new Transformation structure, annual delivery plan development
  • winter plan development and supports administration
  • co-ordination of a number of Board wide programme and project groups.

The postholder also leads to co-ordination of the whole system hackathon series and supports all event planning and administration to ensure these co-design events are successful.
In addition, the postholder manages the departmental planner co-ordinating cadence of reporting etc. Key duties include arrangement of meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking and prioritising and answering routine correspondence and e-mails as directed.
The post-holder is also responsible for managing and maintaining the Corporate Planning Team’s SharePoint folders.
