We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director & Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is passionate about both administrative efficiency and marketing creativity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently managing schedules, calendars, and appointments to keep everything on track.
  • Acting as the first point of contact—handling calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Maintaining and updating our client database with accuracy.
  • Conducting market research and preparing insightful briefing materials.
  • Keeping up with market trends and contributing creative ideas to enhance our social media strategy.
  • Creating engaging content for our social media platforms to boost brand presence.
  • Researching potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Providing key administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handling additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
