PA ASSISTANT

We are looking for a someone with previous experience as a PA Assistant to join our fantastic team of support staff based in of our Blackburn office.
As Vital Energi continues to grow both in headcount and in the scope of the projects we are delivering across the UK, so too will our need for essential support staff to keep the business organised and running at full capacity.

Skills/Experience:

  • 5 GCSEs / O levels passed at grade A-C
  • Previous experience in office administration / secretarial / reception work
  • Sound typing skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook PowerPoint and Exce
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Personal Assistant to the company’s owners, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administration and secretarial support to senior management such as diary management and scheduling
  • Dealing with paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
  • Booking flights/trains, hotel rooms, conference rooms and venues
  • Arranging and participating in meetings, conferences and project team activities
  • Dealing with phone enquiries and forwarding relevant communications to individuals
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees, visitors and guests
  • Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
  • Undertaking general errands as required
