Your Role We are seeking a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who brings a strong clinical foundation to patient care and values teamwork, connection, and compassionate practice. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages from newborns to seniors, supported by an experienced, multidisciplinary care team and leadership committed to your success and well-being. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and managing treatment plans. Providing preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education to promote long-term wellness. Performing therapeutic procedures and managing acute illness and injury. Collaborating with our integrated care team to ensure coordinated, seamless patient experiences. Managing medications in partnership with on-site clinical pharmacists. Maintaining accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system. Participating in quality improvement, professional development initiatives, and program development activities. Qualifications Graduate of a Physician Assistant program accredited and recognized by the State of Washington. National Certification (NCCPA) and active, unrestricted WA State PA license.
