Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to GM, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and support onboarding activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Immediate Availability is a big plus
  • 2+ years PA/EA experience
  • Exceptional English speaking and writing skill

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
